If you need support, think about which part of your system is really causing the trouble. It could be Data Foundry, or the OOCSI connectivity. It could also be a programming problem on a specific platform (Processing, ESP, Python).

You should definitely check out the Teams community. There are over 100 students and staff who can probably help you.
